Luxury Selection Boxes
We can arrange the selection when a preference is expressed i.e milk, dark, white, alcohol, otherwise we will happily choose one for you. Please note we are unable to cater for individual chocolate choices.
As stated some of our chocolates contain alcohol, by adding these to your selection you confirm that you are over 16 years of age.
Box colours may vary from those shown on the website.
We recommend that all chocolates are consumed within 6 weeks of delivery.
We endeavour to keep our allergens up to date on the website, however ingredients may change without prior warning. Therefore if you have a specific allergy or intolerance, please inform us at the time of your order and we will double check the ingredients prior to sending out your order. All our products are stored and/or packed in an area where any allergens may be present. There is a risk of cross contamination and we cannot guarantee they are 100% free of most allergenic ingredient.
Delivery and costs
Maisie's Chocolate Shop aims to dispatch all orders the following working day after receipt of your order.
Orders carry a postage and packaging charge of £4.74.
Any orders collected from the shop will not incur any delivery charge.
In all cases, unless you have the opportunity to open the parcel and inspect the goods for any shipping damage before the courier has left, it is advisable to sign “not inspected”.
In extreme weather conditions (too warm or too cold), we may delay the shipment without notice to avoid damage to the parcel in transit.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations Perishable/Edible Items are exempt from returns due to health and safety. This includes all sweets & chocolate supplies. However, if you have any problems with any of these items, please contact us in the first instance and we will endeavour to sort it out.
If however you have received the wrong item or a damaged item please email clear images of the item and Maisie’s will consider either replacement or issue a refund (see below for damaged items).
Occasionally, despite our packaging, items do get damaged in transit. In this instance you will be requested to provide photographs of the damaged item, including any damage sustained to the packaging. Please retain all packaging as this may need to be inspected by Royal Mail/Courier as part of the claims process. Once we have received pictures of the damage, we will consider the replacement of the item, or a refund.
All our orders are despatched through Royal Mail.
If you are unable to take receipt of the parcel Royal Mail will leave a note to say they have attempted delivery.
If your item does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us to advise non-receipt. If you have not received your item we will try to locate the item. You may be asked to provide furter details on an appropriate claim form which will be forwarded to Royal Mail. Royal Mail may also contact you regarding the lost item.
Maisie's Chocolate Shop makes every effort to ensure that all prices and product information are as accurate as possible. Prices and product availability may be changed without notice.
All goods include UK sales tax at 20% where/if applicable.
All online payments are conducted through PayPal on secure servers..
There will be no contractual obligation between you and Maisie's Chocolate Shop for the supply of any product until such time as the goods are shipped and the credit / debit card debited.
Any disputes or claims arising from such a contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
Our website is secure. Credit card details are not stored online. We use secure SSL encryption systems for all transactions so you can shop in confidence.

Maisie's Chocolate Shop , its directors, employees and representatives disclaim all damages arising from the use of this site or any of the content and information included in the site. This limitation of liability includes direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss or damage to property and claims of third parties implied or otherwise.
